Doug Neidich
Chairman
Doug Neidich is the Chief Executive Officer of GreenWorks Development. Prior to co-founding GreenWorks, Doug founded InterCon Systems, a developer and manufacturer of high-density, high-speed electronic connector systems. He took the company from the garage to over $20 million in sales before selling it to the Amphenol Corporation in April of 2005. He brings successful full-cycle entrepreneurial experience to GreenWorks. Doug earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in 1980.
John Tierney
President/CFO
John Tierney has concentrated his career managing complex corporate financial and accounting issues for the region’s most dynamic companies including: Intercon Systems, Hershey Company, AMP and TVC. He has over a decade of experience serving as a corporate CFO and controller. John brings his solid financial and operational background to the firm as well as the strategic vision to guide the firm through the complexities of urban real estate development. John earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rollins College in 1982, and his Masters in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University in 1986. John also attained his Certified Public Accountant status in 1986.
Warren Persak
Executive Vice President
Warren Persak is the Executive Vice President of GreenWorks Development LLC with focus on sales and marketing. Prior to becoming a partner at GreenWorks, Warren built and led the sale and marketing organization at InterCon Systems Inc. (now a division of Amphenol Corp.). He was responsible for growing the business from one initial customer into a global business with annual sales in excess of $20 million dollars. Warren earned his BS in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Dayton in 1979.
Matt Tunnell
Senior Vice President
Matt is Senior Vice President with GreenWorks Development, LLC with a focus on activities relating to marketing, government and public affairs, and development management. Before joining GreenWorks Development, Matt served a diverse client base as a Government Affairs Consultant for a Harrisburg-based government affairs firm. He served client interests including real estate development; business taxes, permitting, and regulation; higher education; and economic and community development funding programs.
Matt graduated with his bachelor degree from Bucknell University and received his Master in Business from Penn State University.
Bobbie Van Buskirk
Vice President
Bobbie has over 18 years of experience in the real estate market. Her experience ranges from such notable companies and associations as; Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association, Pennsylvania Recreational Vehicle and Camping Association, Rouse & Associates and First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. Between Rouse and First Industrial she has experience in property management, leasing and marketing, tenant fit-outs, development projects, as well as other special projects relating to the real estate industry.
More recently, Bobbie was the Assistant Vice President for Crossgates, Inc., servicing as Project Manager for the TecPort Business Center located in Swatara Township, Pennsylvania. Bobbie is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.
Autumn Gruzlewski
Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator Autumn brings organizational skills, creativity and understanding of accounting principals to the operations of the Powers & Associates team. She works closely with all aspects of our project integrating the construction management, accounting and property management functions of our projects together seamlessly. Her previous career experience comes from working for a Residential Services for the Tioga County Department of Human Services and more recently as the Assistant Head Teller for Integrity Bank, where she organized the set-up of two new branch offices. Autumn has her bachelor degree in Mathematics from Bloomsburg University.
John A. Foltz
Building Manager
John Foltz has 12 years of experience in building and construction maintenance and is the Building Manager for the Evangelical Press Building and Midtown Campus for GreenWorks Development, LLC. John joined GreenWorks Development with a focus on managing and maintaining the company’s building and infrastructure assets in Midtown Harrisburg. John holds certification in HVAC Certified Type I and II. His past experience includes Walters Plumbing and Eichelbergers, where he served as a field troubleshooter, residential and commercial property service technician, and running emergency services coordinator. His experience also includes maintenance services for numerous apartment complexes. John most recently was employed by Susquehanna Township School District in the maintenance staff where he performed preventative and general maintenance on 5 educational facilities. John’s knowledge and experience is a great asset to the GreenWorks Property Management division.
Emily Smith
Marketing Coordinator
Emily Smith serves as the Marketing Coordinator for GreenWorks Development. She is a recent graduate of Bloomsburg University, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She brings a fresh and new perspective to the team. Emily’s focus is on the general marketing activities of the company along with fulfilling client and tenant requirements. Emily’s academic achievements and leadership allow her to immediately contribute in the fast paced business atmosphere at GreenWorks Development.
